Hello All,

I'm New here. I'm looking to open a daycare center, not from home. I am thinking about seeking to care for 30 children. I have a few questions because I'm terrible with trying to come up with financials and have no idea where to start for a cost analysis. I'm wondering if anyone can help me out. I'm in New Jersey.

1. How off is your center at full capacity?
2. Do you have a wait list?
3. How often does it take to fill an open spot?
4. Finally, where do I start with coming up with a cost analysis/ business plan financials? What should i include?

Thank you for all your help in advance.

Welcome to the forum. Maybe someone from New Jersey will chime in. It is Thanksgiving, so you may have to wait for some answers. Here are some threads on Start Up Costs: https://www.daycare.com/forum/tags.p...=start+up+cost
