ISO software that autoupdates price when child program is changed

Hello,

Longtime Procare software user here. One basic function they tell me their software cannot do is to automatically update a preset price when the preset program is changed. This seems rather basic.

For example, say our preset monthly pricing for the all day option is $800 per month, and the school day is $600. The parent opts for all day in June then switches to school day in July. We want it to where all our staff has to do is change the preset program from all day to school day, and in the billing component it will automatically update the preset price accordingly.

Does anyone know of software that can do this?
