Hope you don't mind me posting this, but:

Just wanted to post a site for someone embarking on a new venture that may be helpful to all of us! She is a very experienced provider offering coaching services for the Canadians here.

I can personally say she has helped me countless times and was fabulous in helping me develop my backbone and run successfully. She was also really good at helping me manage parent/provider relations and say things in a polite but firm way so I wasn't walked on. I think her advice is invaluable, especially to those of us new to the business.
