Health Club Childcare
I believe the same standards would apply to a Health Club Childcare as it would a standard daycare center. I have read up on many of the differing states and most apply to either family/home or center/facility daycare requirements. They all seem to fall under those two.

No, they are offering childcare service while you work out, Not daycare while you are gone from the building for extended peeriods of time.
