anyone who is center based do a cleaning list? the girl who gives my morning break and then gets my kids when its time for me to go home. doesnt do anything. doesn't put mats down. clean the table etc. im wanting to put a room that you have to initial after finishing. which would benefit me too in a way cause i usually forget to do something during nap. any ideas or does anyone have one they can share

When I worked in a center, we had a cleaning list for nap time and closing time. I worked in a fairly large center so there were multiple people working and not everything got done everyday, depending on who it was.
We each had to initial who did what, but the list would last about a week or so then went out the window. I remember having to verbally ask people to do things quite a bit!

Maybe you could tell her what is expected of her when she closes and see if she does it.

I don't work in a center but there are some checklists online. You could laminate them & use a dry erase pen. Check off through the day then wipe off & start again each day.
