I'm considering switching out my soft body/hard head, legs, and arms babies for the all soft baby dolls from Ikea (they are 1/2 off today and I've been watching them for months).

I'm just wondering how many baby dolls you have for your group.

I have 8 dcks and then my own 2 kids ages 3 months - 5 years.

I have 3 kids and 4 dolls! Only one of them is completely soft and he's the least favorite.

6 kids and 5 dolls. They only like two of them though including the one that only has one arm. She gets lots of attention.

I have lots of dolls (my own dd loves dolls) they all love the baby chou chou dolls. They are heavy, and are suppose to be like babies, they are always dressed in infant clothes that I buy from the thrift stores, its so bad that the boys fight over the dolls, even my baby that I watch loves the dolls.

no one plays with the soft stuffed ones because you can't dress them nice and they don't look real enough

I have 4 dolls for 4 kids. They all tend to play together, so there are some things that I prefer to have one for each kid.

I only have 3 dolls (take up to 5 kids, infant to age 4). All have hard head/soft bodies - I just throw them right in the washing machine.

I have the dolls that your looking at from ikea. The kids like them. I have 2 kids that will only play with those dolls and the others use regular hard head dolls. The clothes for the ikea dolls are cute too

I love the outfits too! With everything being 1/2 off this weekend I got 6 dolls (2 of each rave) and then both packages of outfits. I put the hard babies up for right now so we'll see how the kids take to them tomorrow. My girls have loved playing with, and dressing them since we got them Friday so we'll see.

I wish I was able to get them onsale. I totally would of bought more of both!! Im sure your kids will love them. Another great thing from Ikea is the plates, cups and bowls. I forget the name of them but they come in 5 or 6 different colors. Hold up really well in the dishwasher.

I have about 20 children per week and a gazillion (not sure how many) baby dolls. The children LOVE them.
