I drive one DCK to her moms school each day for drop off, then to my girls school to pick them up, and then back to my home to meet a DCM so she can pick up her child. What part of that trip can I count as my business millage?

You can deduct a trip if the "primary purpose" of the trip is business. It sounds like the reason you are taking this trip is mostly business, therefore, deduct all of the miles.
