Today is DCG 3's first day at her new home daycare, and I'm surprised how much I'm thinking and worrying about her. I'm not an overly sentimental person, and I feel like I'm very professional about the business. Her family had to move on because I don't have room for their new baby.

DCG was with me since day one. I actually woke up from having a bad dream last night about her first day, that she was crying and her provider didn't care, and there were no toys or kids for her to play with. It breaks my heart to think she might be wondering why she's not here with all her friends.

Ugh!! I feel responsible for her daycare experience, you know? Hoping she's able to move on just fine.
