Have you ever sued a daycare parent before? I may have to a client owes me $500 what are your expirences??? How should I prepair for court??? Any advice at this point would be great thanks!

Yes I did, just last month. And I lost!!!! The judge did not even look at my contract. My contract was done by my mother, who worked as a contract lawyer for companies like Coca Cola and Sony for decades. So she knows what she is doing. But the judge did not even ready the contract and see where this parent signed.

I now have an account with a collection's agency. If you have a signed contract, that is the safest best. Faster and more convent, with no chance of loss. You do pay the agency a fee to collect, but that is better than never getting your money at all!
