Daycare Menus, Breakfast, Lunch and Snack Ideas>Crock Pot Mac and Cheese

I have been making this the past 2 weeks on library day. That way, we can go and take our time and I won't have to cook lunch. I found the perfect recipe for creamy cheese sauce (although it uses a block of velveeta) and it's very good. The kids all like it. My question is, does anyone make this in the crock pot and not have the noodles come out as complete mush? I'm thinking I should just do the cheese sauce and add the noodles when we get back but, am unsure of how long elbows or small shells would take to cook on low. Any help?? Thanks!

I would pre cook and have in fridge in zip bag. Then add upon coming home.
