dck who is 3 months old sounds very congested. She has been this way for about a week now. Her nose isn't running and she isn't coughing but a few times today I could hear that phlegmy sound in her chest. She is eating well, but when she spits up its pretty mucus like..Not sure if I should call mom and give her a heads up. If it was me I would take her in. My concern would be the week with the congestion, the sound I hear in her chest and the mucus.

Is this something to call mom at work for? Or let DCD know when he picks her up? DCM did say snot was changing from clear to greenish. I haven't seen any snot today.

I'd probably send a quick text to let her know and leave it to her if she wants to pick her up, but suggest she should be seen by the dr.
