I want to SCREAM.

What in the heck is it with these TIGHT TIGHT did I say TIGHT as heck legging pants.

just about ALL of my dcGs are wearing these leggings from 18months to 5 years old. NONE of them can work with them. I am not too sure why, but almost all of my kids are taking their pants all the way off when they go to the bathroom. Something I know they do when first PTing, but all of them still do it. I have tried to break them of this.

Well because of these STUPID freaking TIGHT pants they get them off, but then they get turned inside out and can't get them back on. Or if they do get them back on it takes them 20 minutes for them to do so. OH and they are backwards/insideout. We are constantly having to go in and turn their pants the right side out then help them get the pants pack on....................

It's like putting a condom on an elephant..............lol, sorry it's Friday..
Skinny Jeans, Jegging, Leggings. I want to KILL the person who invented these for kids......................

Does anyone else have this issue with these things???

I have a 6 month old crawling today as if her legs were paralyzed...because of these pants she is dragging herself around with just her arms. Putting them on after diaper changes is a 3-person job. What is wrong with sleepers on babies anymore? A sundress or romper? I'd rather deal with 20 snaps than these skin-tight pants!

sorry the vision of that sounds funny, but sad at the same time.

I know it't the style, but you don't need style when you are knee deep in mud, sand, paint, shaving cream and etc.....................just bring some clothing that kids can manage...................

I am cracking up over here. I have a DCG who is a little over a year old and my favorite is when her pants are so tight that I have to grab the pants and shake her up and down a little to shove her in.

I just let her hang out in a diaper with no pants rather than struggle.

I broke my worst offender of this. I wouldn't put them on her. Mom always had errands to run after pick up. After a few days of arriving to find her kid in a pull up and T-shirt, and me going on about how hard it was for dcg to get them up and down while trying to go potty, they magically disappeared. Since I dress the kids every morning, I'm really not sure she realized how much trouble they were until she tried to put them on in the car before they ran errands.

worse thing is and I know this sounds bad, is that most of my dcgs are VERY over weight.

Lol! The vision of putting a condom on an elephant was funnier!

I saw a lady sitting down at the book store the other day wearing these. She obviously had problems getting them up too, her butt was all exposed at the top of the pants. Of course, my 6yr old son yells out while laughing and pointing, "mommy, look at her". ............

My 18 month-old DCG had skinny jeans on, today. When DCM came, I had put her back in her pajamas. She said: "Uh-oh, accident?" I said: "No! Her jeans were so tight that when I tried to pick her up or put her into her booster seat, her legs wouldn't bend!"

yeah this statement is a running joke in my home. Of course I don't know what it means when I first heard it. I am not quick with jokes so here is me picturing what one would look like for an elephant...............................

it's the joke that never ends in my house

These pants CANT be comfortable.........they don't look like they are. I wear leggings, but I am an adult. I wear yoga pants / work out pants......

My two DCG's come in them also, they are 2 yrs old. Trying to start potty training with both of them and those pants are the worst!
I know they are in fashion, but you would think that parents knowing I am trying to potty train their child, that they would put easier pants on them to make it easier for their child to start learning how to pull up and down their own pants! But no.......they don't think of that! Besides the poor kids really can't move well in those tight pants.
Those tight pants also have to be warm to wear right now in the summer.

I hate, hate, hate these pants too!!!

It's especially gross when they are so tight that you can see the big poop bulge and realize someone needs a new diaper...

Ick!

Oh my gosh, my 40 pound 2 year old wears them so tight, one time she pooped and it had nowhere to go but up and out the back! It was like a fountain of poop flowing out the top of her butt crack

I hate these too but for a different reason. They're too loose. Parents don't want them to be tight so the buy them too big and they are so baggy and long that I have to fold the waist until it looks like a mini inner tube. Whatever happened to good old elastic waist shorts?

I can't stand them either. I had a baby girl here whose mom worked in retail fashion, and this baby was always dressed to the nines, including freaking tight pants/leggings, the hairbow, shoes, etc. She couldn't even crawl. I stripped her down & redressed her every day.

For potty training kids I don't like. For diapered I do. I actually PURPOSELY put them on my 11 month old before we go to the park since she crawls on everything and they arent as hot as jeans.
