When did that happen?
Which brings me to the annual question of 'what's everyone doing with their kiddos for Mother's Day'?
My plan is to have the dcks paint their feet and make butterflies OR do thumb prints to make ladybugs and bumblebees, on a terra cotta pot. They're also going to paint small wooden birdhouses that we'll glue a bird to, stick into the pot, then plant some kind of flowering plant.
That's the plan anyways.

I am sticking with traditional handmade picture frames and (thumbprint art terra cotta) potted plants this year.
We did the full size backyard birdhouses a few times, but my supplier closed this year.
For Fathers day we are doing art on pots with 1 gallon trees for them to plant at home.

I think we're going to make muffins and do a print off of "If you give a mom a muffin."
In a preschool group I'm in a teacher posted a beautiful project that we'll be doing.
Dollar store frame (I believe it was a diploma frame - but there was no back to it just the glass and frame) and paint on the glass with acrylics. It was really nice looking in a window. It looked like stained glass. I need to get my rear to the store to see what kinds of frames they have to see if this is possible.
