Time-Space question after closing daycare?

In 2016 we were in business through the end of July. How does this effect our time-space percentage? The Tom Copeland book gives the equation as total hours worked through the year, but if hours worked stopped in July, shouldn't the ratio adjust for that? If we were a 30% TS% for the months in business, we would just apply that to expenses accrued through the end of July correct?

Calculate your time-space % based on the number of hours from January - end of July. If that is 30%, then use 30% of the household expenses for the first 7 months of the year.
