I just got my first order!
I mailed in 2 checks from parents and paid the rest via credit card.
My account says there is still money owed to the amount of the checks I mailed in. Is this normal. Does it take a while to process the checks that have been mailed or should I call?

just call and ask they will help you. cc would clear faster.

If you ordered online, they will send the books as soon as you order and then process the checks when they come in. You can jump online in about a week to check your balance, or just give them a call.
