Does anyone have a letter they give new parents stating how to help their baby adjust to daycare? Basically saying if you wear your baby, hold all day long, put blankets over face for sleeping, don't bottle train, etc, they will not adjust well. Thanks!

I discuss my expectations face to face. I then give them two copies of our required state form. I have them read and sign one copy in my presence to be kept in their file. -

I also send them home with a plethora of "Back to sleep" brochures and a DVD.
