I have a very difficult, argumentative, defiant 3 year old. I'm about ready to replace. I was thinking if I charged more per hour for that child I might feel better about it.

I'd rather term and replace, than to keep dealing with that behavior.

Assuming you've tried working with him and his parents and the behavior hasn't improved: Life is too short! There's not enough money in the world to make me want to keep a difficult, argumentative and defiant child in my care.
