I have had one review written and two that are just "5 stars" with no words on my business Facebook page. I would LOVE it if my clients would actually write words, even if it isn't a full 5 stars!

Is there a way to go about politely asking if clients could write a little review? Or, would that just be rude?

Oh, and when I sent home an anonymous questionairre in the past for them to fill out about things they like/don't like only 1 client brought it back. She had nothing but nice things to say but it seems as though my clients just don't wish to give their opinions (unless they are breaking a policy and I am correcting it ).

I know my first and still current (and definitely favorite ) dcf's motto is "We have to keep our Heidi happy" so even if they had something negative to say I don't think they would ever tell me.

Maybe it's the same scenario. They're so happy with the care you provide and program you run that they don't want to make you second guess yourself...or they're just being lazy.

I would ask if you want them. Let them know that you rely on Facebook for advertising and that it would really help you if they'd post a review. They probably just haven't thought of it.
