I just went in to do my food program from 2 weeks ago (I was on vacation last week) and discovered I haven't recorded anything since July 3!

Luckily I keep track of what I feed them on Daily Connect so I've got all the info. Guess what I'll be doing the rest of nap time today... (If you see me here or on FB, kick my butt off! )

I used to do that too but then I downloaded the MMK app onto my i-pad and now recording attendance and meals/snacks is SUPER easy.

There isn't a MMK app for my food program sponsor, but I keep asking for them to develop one.

Boo...so time consuming to do it all at once! Thanks to you I just reviewed my claim and I was missing about 10 meals, thanks for the reminder!

I have a related question, does anyone know how to autofill in the serving time? It would save soooo much time if it just defaulted the times for me, but I have to fill in the time for each meal.

Ugh, we are still pen and paper here and that happens to me on occasion as well
One thing that helped is that our FP sponsor told us we can fill out the menus ahead of time, so lately every first of the month I'll go though and fill out what I plan for each day. Then I only have to check attendance. Of course, sometimes I forget that too...

Our program locks us out if we don't do it the day before. They didn't start doing that until recently. It's frustrating. I lost about a weeks worth of reimbursement because there wasn't any warning until after they did it. My internet service is horrible and there's no way I can log in and record every day due to service alone so I had to go back to paper. It stinks!
