I have never had anything in my contract about taking off personal days and I want to add an addendum to it saying i'm going to add in 10 personal days a year. How should I word it? It just needs to be a few sentences long and then i'll have the parents sign and date it and add it to their contract in their file. I can't seem to find any template for it so I thought I would ask here.

I am all about making the daycare a business. So I do not take personal days, my daycare closes. It also shifts the blame from you to the daycare.
There will be occasions in which the daycare will be closed, up to but not exceeding 10 planned days a year. You will be notified of the closures at least 2 weeks before any planned closures. The weekly payment will remain the same during weeks with closures.
