I have weekly lawn service to keep the DC play area in check.... as well as a weekly cleaning woman that comes to clean the DC room and bathroom. She does clean some of my kitchen and front room from time to time, so question is do I have to use time space % for both of them??

Also, I just found out that my lawn guy is not licensed...He lied.... It says on his biz card that he is, but I looked it up online and teh lic# he gave me is not valid.
Can I still write this off? He also does not give me any kind of receipt of payment, but I pay by check each month...
