My mother did daycare years ago, and she would buy food in bulk from an online company. I just had a Schwan's man come by, but their stuff seems rather expensive. What company do you use? We don't have a Costco or any of those stores within 2 hours of our home.

I belong to an organic food co-op and order 1x/month in bulk. I have to attend the delivery and breakdown of all the cases of food though. I'm in charge of daycare with another mom, so I'm not leaving the kids. We just welcome more friends to our playtime.
The food is less expensive than buying at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, but it's more expensive than many regular mainstream grocery stores. I have to order organic brands of some foods to avoid some of my own kid's food allergies. I've cut that bill in 1/2. If I could find a similar co-op for the non organics I buy, I'd be in heaven.
