Default How To Schedule Naps

I am a mother of 4.5 month old triplets and I am having a terrible time trying to institute a nap schedule and synchronize their days. Two are wonderful night sleepers and none has a routine nap that extends beyond 45 minutes (it happens occasionally, on a one-off basis). I was hoping that some of you experienced day care providers might be able to give me some tips....
Thanks so much,
