I am considering reducing the number of children that I care for in my daycare Does the number of children in the daycare affect the tax write off's I usually claim as far as time/space and other write off's?

Just one child, I assume. It doesnt matter if there are 10 or 1, whatever hours the child/ren are there counts.

Reducing the number of children will not impact the vast majority of your expenses. Assuming you will spend less on supplies and food, this will reduce your business expenses. Otherwise, you aren't disqualified for claiming business expenses just because you have fewer children.
