hey guys! it would really help me out if i could look at a sample emergency prep. plan. im trying to make mine, and idk where to start..lol im in texas..idk if that matters or not..lol

Oddly enough in MA we no longer need to keep one (weird) but they supply us with the paper they want us to use. We just fill in the blanks.
In MA they are trying (note key word) to treat homes like centers..getting on my nerves a bit!!!
When I originally did mine - I drew a picture of my property (blue print style) with labels etc. of rooms, exits, stairs.
Showed paths for exit route and what not with a diff. color.
On the bottom I noted in the event we are forced to evacuate we will follow highlighted route depending on which room we are in. Meeting place the same for all exits.
I also included all emergency numbers on this sheet.
They seem complicated to do - but in reality they just want something straight and to the point (well here anyways!)
