I am starting a ChildCare business.. I am renting a seperate building for 600.00 that includes utilities. I was wondering what I could write off when it comes to taxes...Would it be 100percent time space and when I purchase toys and equipment for the business is it 100 percent. I do have three kids in school and they would only be there when I'm doing Childcare.

Any help would be great!

Since you are using a separate building that is used 100% for business, you can deduct 100% of all the costs associated with the space: rent, utilities, toys, supplies, furniture, etc.
