One of my parents just went to pay their payment and got this message
Your child care provider no longer accepts electronic payments through ChildCarePay.com.
I got the message the other day they were doing updates on 1/23, is that why? HELP?? LOL
I am paid up for the next 2 years, so i know it is not that, and there are no error messages when i log into minute menu.
I just reread the email and it said they would email us when the updates are complete, and i havent gotten that email....geez louise this is making me look bad.

same here..... yes it is because of the system update....
I was told that things would be back to normal tomorrow....

Ok good. I wish they had a better message, that makes it look like i haven't paid my bill or something!
