It’s 11:15am…,
• Lunch is at 11:30am for 5 DCKs.
• New DCB 16mths is a crier.
• DCB 3mths is sleeping in PNP & gets woke up from the crier.
• DCB 16mths is now screaming.
• DCB 3mths usually eats at noon, now hungry & screaming.
• New DCB4 (brother to crier) get on bus at 11:30 to 11:40ish.
• DCG4 tells DCB4 kiss me, but don’t tell.
• Don't forget lunch is at 11:30am & don’t forget to wash hands!
• PS…., You smell poop!
What do you do & in what order? Ready…., set…., go!

Is lunch ready?
Can I pick up a book and pour a glass of wine? No? Darn.
-Have 4yo dcb watch for the bus.
-Have 4yo dcg set the table.
-Stick a paci in hungry baby's mouth. Reinsert as needed.
-put screamer in a high chair with whatever food is available. (unless he pooped, see next step)
-check to see who pooped. Change poop. (poop trumps all, imho).
-put the simplest possible thing on the table for the other kids for lunch.
-feed baby as you get dcb on the bus.
Easy peasy, no?

First thing I'd do is pray really hard that Publisher's Clearing House comes knocking on my door within the next 5 minutes. 
I hate days like that, soooo stressful. I'm sure you've got it all worked out, everybody's sleeping in lullaby land now and you're kicking back with your own lunch, sea scallops with a touch of lemon and tartar sauce, fresh green salad with fresh from the garden tomatoes and cucumbers and home made ranch dressing, homemade sweet potato fries, and a nice cup of Starbucks coffee. Right?
I hate days like that, soooo stressful. - Tell DCG4 that kisses are for Mommy and Daddy, give THE LOOK.
- Find pooper. Change pooper.
- Have DCB4 watch for bus, have DCG4 talk but dont touch 3Mo DCB
- Put 16mo DCB in high chair w/toy
- Wash hands, set lunch out
- Feed baby while waiting for bus

Insert earplugs, find the poo, get everyone dressed as I can't take DCB4 to bus and leave everyone else inside, so we are all going for a walk.. come back and serve lunch. After day is over, reschedule all future lunches for noon, as I can't serve it the same time I'm supposed to be outside waiting for a bus.
