I am a center operator, but its a small center. Check out "Beyond Centers and Circle Time" or "Beyond Cribs and Rattles". These are scaffolded, play-based curriculums with the emphasis on creating an appropriate environment. Now, when you say "supplies" I assume you mean lesson plans, materials, etc. Just look online, there are many quality activity and idea sites. Create a "theme" for each month and search for related activities online. Formal curriculums, like "The Creative Curriculum" are very good, but also very expensive. You can get a copy of "BC&CT" on amazon for like $30. I would also HIGHLY recommend checking out Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale (ECERS) or (ITERS if you will have mostly infants/toddlers) for guidance in setting up your materials and environment. Hope that helps.
