Daycare Menus, Breakfast, Lunch and Snack Ideas>Homemade Macaroni and Cheese with Rotel

My DH loves mac and cheese. So last week I bought the new Velveeta with Rotel. The box said it only contained 2 servings and being that I am a on a diet I gave DH the whole thing. Well of course he scarfed it down

Anyway I got to thinking. I could make my own and get more bang for my buck! All I did was cook the noodles, added the cheese and the Rotel and voila!

Hint: I cubed the cheese before hand and when I added it to the hot noodles I mixed it. Then I covered it so it could melt more.

DH loves it!

Here is a picture of it

I hate to be a snob, but I don't serve anything out of a box. My mac n cheese is homemade and I mix in about a cup of pureed cauliflower or sweet potatoes or yam or squash.
