For those who use substitutes, how did you go about finding one? I am thinking it may be good to get a substitute to cover while I pick my son up from school a couple times a week next fall, but have no idea where to begin looking...

I posted an ad on Indeed.Com. I also did a 3 part interview process. I did a phone interview. An in person interview at a public cafe in the children's area, to see how they respond to chaos with kids, lol. Then a working interview to see how well they interact with my kids and based on that I made a decision.For those who use substitutes, how did you go about finding one?
