My toddlers love "lunchable" type meals.

Cubed turkey, chicken, ham, salami etc
Shredded cheese, string cheese
Fresh veggies w/dip
Club crackers, Ritz or Wheat Thins
Fresh fruit
Milk

...sometimes we also have cottage cheese or yogurt.

Every kid I have has seconds and/or thirds or more!

Monday:Waffles with fruit, yogurt and boiled eggs

Tuesday: Stirfry w/sausage, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, snow peas & peppers over basmati rice.

Wednesday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, roasted beets & squash, steamed green beans

Thursday: Tuna sandwiches w/ lettuce, tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts. Served with a veggie tray with hummus, pasta salad & watermelon

Friday: Spaghetti w/ veggie loaded meat sauce or lasagna (same sauce, different noodles) & garden salad.

All meals are served with fruit. If I don't list it on the menu it's because I'll choose which fruit to serve according to what needs to be used that day before it spoils.

Muffin tin meals - look those up on Pinterest. So fast and easy! There is a super easy pizza one the kids adore, as well as all the egg ones. I can do a month of these meals.

Awesome! I'll definitely look those up. My kids are all super physical with each other, so I can't really be out of arms reach from them at all for lunch prep so they either just have to wait in the high chairs or I put them in pack and plays with books, so I definitely have to have fast things!
