Default Frustrated! How Long For DHS Payments?

I'm all set up with DHS. I can see online that they are getting the bi-weekly hours, and they are sending me letters telling me how much they will be paying me bi-weekly ... But when will they actually start paying me? This is week 8 now, 6 of which have been processed.

And they are so rude to me when I call! Help!

Are you getting auto deposit? When did you submit the billing? Did you submit all three or four billings at once? Have you contacted the central reconciliation unit when you called? 1-866-990-3227 I had a problem once and it was because of a data error in the C&PE http://www.michigan.gov/budget/0,453...9392--,00.html

I submitted the billing in each time frame it was due, and then I receive something in the mail stating that they are paying me x amount for these 2 weeks, and x amount for these 2 weeks, and blah blah... But no check yet!

I'm frustrated with the central reconciliation unit - they are so rude to me! Last time I called they said I was all set.

Oh my. That's awful.
I've only ever taken subsidy when the parents pre- pay. When I get a state payment then I re-imburse. Once it took 5-6 months to get a the first check.

I've been really fortunate with my one state pay. I submit by the 4th of the next month and get paid by the 20th.
