Place I Work At Held A Meeting About Two Ladies I Work With

So I started a new job in a place like the YMCA. I've been in a room with these two ladies since the end of October. I hate it so much. The ladies don't have a lot of patience with the kids and I feel like I do most of the work. I was talking to a fellow co-worker and asked her how I could get out of the room etc. Last week, she came up to me and told me that she found out the meeting the director and other higher up people were having was about the ladies I work with.



What do you think this could be about? Would they hold a meeting if it wasn't a big deal? Do you think it's a good or bad thing? I'm sure I was brought up too. I'm kinda nervous.
