Daycare.com User Terms of Use and User Privacy Agreement

User Agreement

By registering as a daycare provider and using Daycare.com services, you agree to abide by this User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any terms herein, please do not use our services.

Account Registration and Use:
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You must maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for activities under your account. You must not share your login details or impersonate others. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Service Payments:
You agree to pay all fees associated with your account using valid payment methods. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. All payment details provided must be accurate and up-to-date.

Content Submission:
By submitting content (including daycare listings, business descriptions, reviews, images, videos, and related materials), you grant Daycare.com a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content across our website and marketing materials. You affirm your content is original, accurate, and free from third-party claims.

Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to engage in any unlawful activities, data scraping, security breaches, or intellectual property infringements. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property:
All content on Daycare.com, including text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by Daycare.com, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited without written consent.

Disclaimers and Liability:
Daycare.com services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Daycare.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access.

Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify Daycare.com, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services, violation of terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Termination:
Daycare.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, without liability. Account termination may result in loss of access to data associated with your account.

Dispute Resolution:
All disputes arising under this agreement will first be subject to mediation. If unresolved, disputes will proceed to binding arbitration in Louisiana. You waive the right to jury trials and class actions.
