what docs needed as per licensing if guest stay at our home for long.

Depends on your state and the rules listed.
Usually if they are staying over 14 days you will need to have them complete a background check and have their fingerprints put on file.

It depends on your state.
Here, a full federal criminal history background check would be required for anyone 17 and up to be onsite during daycare hours. Day 1. They could head out to activities during the day and come back after close, though.
