About Mama Gitta’s daycare

Home away from home. I have been a licensed childcare provider for 30+ years and loving what I do. These days I will only either care for one or two infants or 2 to 4 toddlers. I love children and I think they sense that from me so when I starting somebody, it’s usually really easy. To make the parents feel good about leaving the children we can do FaceTime and I will send pictures if that’s OK to the parents during the day so they can see what we are doing. I have a Daycare Facebook where I post pictures for the parents and family to see. I have lovely reference letters in one of my albums. I do first aid and CPR training every two years. For the last few years, I’ve been taking care of twins that have been with me since they were infants and they are now in school. I have been helping that family picking up the children from school when I have been able to also caring for the older sister and when they travel, I take care of their animals. I am now open to care for one or two families either full-time or part-time. The hours will be whenever you need me. I’m pretty flexible. I’m dependable, I’m loyal, I’m healthy and punctual. During my 30+ years I have never had any complaints from any family. I have been very lucky to get good families. I love to take the children to playgrounds parks, children’s museums, library, etc. With the children I have cared since I moved out here to Citrus heights from the East Bay we usually go to story time at Maidu library in Roseville. If you like to have a meeting with me and visit my home, I’m available. I’m also available if you’re interested in having me come to home as a nanny. I’m open as soon as I get to work with children. Since I started, it doesn’t go a day without my face hurting with laughter or that my heart is filled with love for the children I care for. I think I have the best jobin the world. I’m somebody who loves children animals and also old people. I’m a nurturer and I’m looking forward to hear from you.❣️
