Top-Notch Prep Academy, LLC is an early childhood program founded by Michele Fochtman, an educator with 20 years of experience, dedicated to helping children learn, grow, and thrive through high-quality, education-focused care. Unlike traditional childcare, the center integrates learning into every age group, from infants through preschool, combining academics, social-emotional development, and hands-on activities to build strong early foundations. Leadership and staff quality set the program apart. Assistant Director Jennifer Smith brings over 20 years of experience along with degrees in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. The preschool program is led by two teachers with bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Education, ensuring strong instructional practices. The infant classroom is supported by a highly experienced caregiver who is also a certified nurse with 30+ years of medical experience, adding an exceptional level of safety and care. The center also supports families beyond early learning by offering homework assistance for school-age children, helping reduce stress at home and strengthening family time. Rooted in the community, Top-Notch Prep Academy is known for its strong relationships with families, professional staff, and commitment to nurturing the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.
