I became a childcare provider during the pandemic. I started out as a floater then became a substitute provider with Tandem to now owning and providing care as an administrator in my home. It became a passion for me once taking courses on Occrra. Reading, learning and understanding more and more about the development of growing children. Children learn best when active and can make decisions about their learning. The learning environment is age appropriate and has a wide variety of dramatic play, music, art, science, writing and a play-based curriculum that is hands - on. Activities, music, and discovery projects to weave 35 research - based skills into daily routine.
