About Gina’s Licensed Childcare

My licensed in-home childcare program in Bayport offers a warm, cozy, play-based environment where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn each day. What makes my program unique is the balance between a home-like setting and a thoughtfully planned early learning experience. With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and a background in child development, I create meaningful, developmentally appropriate opportunities for each child to grow at their own pace. I keep my group small to ensure every child receives individualized attention, strong connections, and a true sense of belonging. Our days are centered around learning through play, creativity, and exploration, with a focus on building social-emotional skills, independence, and confidence. We also enjoy frequent field trips in the community, including visits to local libraries for story time, discovery rooms, and open play. These outings give children real-world experiences, encourage curiosity, and bring a fun sense of adventure to our routine. I believe strong relationships are the foundation of quality care. I prioritize open communication with families and work to create a supportive partnership that helps each child thrive.
