About International School Of San Antonio
The International School of San Antonio (ISSA) offers language immersion preschool for children ages 3–4. From the first day, native-speaking teachers immerse children in French, Spanish, or Mandarin Chinese through play, stories, songs, and hands-on learning. English instruction begins in Pre-K4, so children build a strong foundation for biliteracy. Classes average six children per teacher, so every child gets individual attention. The curriculum includes a third language of choice, music, arts, science, and physical education, and it meets and exceeds Texas state standards. ISSA is accredited by Cognia and LabelFrancÉducation. Three-year-olds can attend full day or half day, and children can continue at ISSA through 5th grade. ISSA also offers a Morning Program at The DoSeum for ages 3–4, where the museum becomes the classroom, plus language immersion summer camps. ISSA is an approved provider for Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) for 2026–2027. Schedule a tour at issatx.org.
