About Miss Tina’s Family daycare

At Miss Tina’s Big Happy Family Daycare, children are welcomed into a safe, loving, and nurturing home environment where they are treated like part of our family. With over 25 years of experience working with children as a nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, childcare provider, and assistant teacher, I bring knowledge, patience, and a true passion for helping children grow. I believe children learn best when they feel secure, loved, and understood. That is why I provide a smaller, home-based setting where each child receives more individual attention, allowing them to learn at their own pace while building confidence and independence. Our days are filled with a balance of learning, play, creativity, and exploration. Children are introduced to age-appropriate learning activities including ABCs, numbers, shapes, colors, story time, arts and crafts, music, movement, and hands-on experiences that encourage curiosity and a love for learning. More than just childcare, my goal is to create a place where children feel they belong, a place where they can laugh, explore, make friendships, develop important skills, and feel cared for while parents have peace of mind knowing their child is in a safe and loving environment. Every child is unique, and I believe in celebrating who they are while helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
