About Learn and Grow Family Child Care
I run my daycare like a home, however we do still incorporate curriculum into our daily routine. I use proven teaching strategies to work with every child on an individual level in order to help them to become the best person they can be. While in daycare your child will be able to learn, play and grow just as they would at home. We focus on learning through play with curriculum worked into the schedule throughout the day. We spend a lot of out time outside. We do arts and crafts, manipulatives, preschool prep and kindergarten readiness, as well as math, science, literacy and many other wonderful learning opportunities. While at daycare your child will have daily activities that help them to work on a number of skills. A few of these include gross and fine motor skills, social and emotional skills, sensory, language development. I strive to keep an open line of communication with my families at all times. I find that this is key to a successful relationship with the families.
