About Little Wings of Atascadero Daycare
Little Wings is a nurturing preschool where typically developing children and children with special needs learn side by side in a high-quality, inclusive environment. Children are supported by experienced staff and therapists throughout their entire school day- with a student-centered curriculum that emphasizes experiential learning through exploration and play. In doing so, children develop into empathetic, resilient, and capable individuals. Little Wings was created in partnership with MP Health ( a sister agency of Mariposas Project- Early Intervention Agency). Little Wings was established as a place where children with special needs could participate in a typical preschool-like setting while receiving all the additional support they would need to be successful and thrive. Little Wings welcomes all children of varied developmental abilities, ethnicities, and economic backgrounds.
