About Little Hands Playschool Daycare
Little Hands Playschool is a home-based family childcare program. Our goal is to help each child grow and learn. Each day the children are given opportunities to grow in their independence, learn about the world around them and learn to be a good friend. I have been providing care to the children of Sonoma County since 2002. It was my desire to find a more fun and fulfilling career after many years in the IT field. Teaching toddlers and young preschoolers is an absolute joy and I don't regret leaving the business world. Since 2004, I have served as a Board Member of the Sonoma County Child Care Association and am the current membership coordinator. Being actively involved in this local Non-Profit is my way of giving back to others in the Sonoma County childcare community. It also allows me the opportunity to assist and support providers in an effort to increase the quality of care in family childcare homes. Through education, networking and community support we work together to build quality programs for the children.
