Our Mission The mission of Haloalaunuiakea Early Learning Center is to provide safe, affordable, high quality, constructive early education services based on the Hawai`i Early Learning and Development Standards as well as on Hawaiian cultural practices, values, and beliefs for children of working families. Our Program We believe that children should be allowed to grow at their own pace and to learn in ways that help them become confident in themselves as learners. Our goal is to provide all of the children with a clean, safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. Respect toward self, others and the environment will be emphasized. We believe in the value of both structured and non-structured activities. Differentiation is at the forefront of everything we do and plan for our keiki to ensure that they are getting the individualized support that they need at all times.
