Ka Hana Pono is a locally owned, ʻohana-run preschool in Haleʻiwa serving keiki ages 2–5. Our program is inclusive and non-denominational, rooted in Hawaiian values of aloha, pono, and ʻohana, and welcoming families of all cultural and spiritual backgrounds. We provide cottage-style classrooms and outdoor spaces where children thrive in small groups through play, gardening, art, music, and storytelling. Our approach emphasizes social-emotional learning and emotional literacy, helping keiki build empathy, resilience, and confidence while staying deeply connected to ʻāina. Potty training is not required; diapering support is available. Families may choose flexible schedules (2–5 days per week) depending on availability. When families choose Ka Hana Pono, they join a caring community where children are seen, valued, and nurtured as whole people. Enrollment is limited to maintain small class sizes and individualized care.
