Ka Hana Pono is a locally owned, ʻohana-run preschool in Haleʻiwa serving keiki ages 2–5. Our program is inclusive and rooted in Hawaiian values of aloha, pono, and ʻohana, and welcoming families of all cultural and spiritual backgrounds. We provide cottage-style classrooms and outdoor spaces where children thrive in small groups through play, gardening, art, music, and storytelling. Our approach emphasizes social-emotional learning and emotional literacy, helping keiki build empathy, resilience, and confidence while staying deeply connected to ʻāina. Potty training is not required; diapering support is available. Families may choose flexible schedules (2–5 days per week) depending on availability. When families choose Ka Hana Pono, they join a caring community where children are seen, valued, and nurtured as whole people. Enrollment is limited to maintain small class sizes and individualized care.
