At my daycare, I will foster growth and learning through a variety of educational and creative activities. I believe that children thrive in an atmosphere that combines both structure and play, and I plan to build a daily routine that is exciting and engaging for children at all stages of development. I will also encourage teamwork, and help the children develop important social and emotional skills that will benefit them later in life. Maintaining a low child-to-caregiver ratio will allow me to give personalized attention to each child in my care, to make sure their unique needs and interests are met.
