Moscow Day School Inc Daycare

Moscow Day School is a parent-run, not-for profit center committed to the earliest stages of childhood education. We invest in keeping our teacher-to-student ratios low to ensure our kids get the individual attention they need and deserve. Moscow Day School uses the Creative Curriculum as its foundational curriculum. The Creative Curriculum's overarching goal is to help children become enthusiastic, life-long learners. Building enthusiasm for learning means encouraging children to be active and creative explorers who are not afraid to try out their ideas and to think their own thoughts. The Creative Curriculum encourages children to be independent, self-confident, and inquisitive; to learn at their own pace and in the ways that are best for them. It aims to help them build good habits, great attitudes and a positive self-image. The activities planned for the children, the way the environment is organized, the toys and materials selectd, the daily schedule, and the way we talk with children - all are designed to accomplish the goals of the curriculum and give the children a successful start in school.
